Welcome to our Sprott Shaw Penticton Campus! We are located in the heart of the South Okanagan, easily accessed from Summerland, the Oliver / Osoyoos region and Keremeos to the west. Penticton is hot in the summer and mild in the winter. Spend the summer at the lake, floating down the river channel or exploring the surrounding hills and vineyards. If winter is your season for fun, we are a short 30 minute drive from Apex Ski Resort, home of world class skiing and boarding. Sprott-Shaw has been a leader in education for over a century and continues to play an important role. We have developed our career training programs with your success as our number one priority. We provide smaller class sizes, hands-on training, and programs that start on a monthly basis with no waiting lists. Our programs lead to long lasting careers and many are in demand right now. We take pride in the fact that we only teach curriculum with relevant skills and training. This way you learn what you need and then get back into the work force as soon as possible. We are the BC leader in job placement. We offer job search assistance, short-term placements, co-op and internship placements through our Global Career Center (GCC). As we speak, Sprott-Shaw Community College is becoming a recognized college, spreading across three continents. This bodes well for students who may at some point relocate across the globe to enrich their cultural diversity in understanding the methodologies of today's modern world.
