Connect provides a variety of homestay family types including retired couples, vegetarian, single professional people, families with children, or families with teenagers. Students are provided with a private bedroom, bathroom facilities, meals, and contact with English speaking Canadians every day. The host family provides basic information on how to function in Canada such as how to use the public transportation to go to and from school, where to shop, and how to get to the local library, bank, recreation centre, and pharmacy. Cost ranges from $560.00 to $820.00 per month. Connect can also find apartment, dormitory, or youth hostel accommodations for students.

Connect organizes events such as restaurant night, movie night, dance night, and much more! These events help students make friends and practice English in a relaxed setting. On weekends, students can participate in day trips around Toronto or special weekend trips to Montreal or Ottawa.

Free e-mail and Internet is available in the Computer Centre. The Internet is available so students can keep in contact with family and friends. The computers are equipped in multiple languages so students can write in their own language.
