The University's halls of residence are available to students who have an offer for a place on a course at the University. There are 12 residences available across the various colleges.

We encourage you to pick five hall preferences when you apply, as that will give us a better indicator as to what your preferred choices are. We will try to give you one of your five preferences. Please apply early to avoid disappointment - the sooner you apply the more likely you are to get one of these choices.

Most rooms have a private bathroom and residents share a kitchen. Some are 'room only', where students share the bathroom and kitchen, and there are also self-contained studios. All rooms include a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe, and all halls have CCTV, secure entry and staff available 24 hours a day. For more information about room styles and pricing, check out UAL's halls of residence pricing and availability page.
