Queen City Collegiate (QCC) is dedicated to providing international students who wish to study in Canada with an exceptional academic education. International students combine ESL courses with a regular school curriculum, in order to maximize the transition to English fluency. QCC ensures that the course content of its programs meets and exceeds the standards set out by the government of Saskatchewan.

Our program is tailored to suit the needs of the International ESL student. Students can take advantage of tutoring and out-of-class sessions, counselling, orientation, assistance with University admission procedures, and guidance about career and personal issues. The University of Regina will waive the TOEFL requirement for graduates of the QCC Pre-University Program.

Living in residence provides the opportunity to become friends with students from all over the world and to enjoy a variety of social events. The double occupancy residence is fully furnished and linen is provided. Coin-operated laundry machines are available. There are three meals per day, professionally catered, and in an all-you-can-eat format. Residence is a beneficial social and cultural exchange!

Our homestay program allows you a safe and comfortable environment to improve your English skills and share your experience with a Canadian family. The families will provide a private furnished room, two meals/day (lunch is provided at the school cafeteria), and be willing to include the student in the family's activities. Homestay is a valuable cross-cultural experience!
Our fully-equipped educational facility has everything you need - an advanced computer lab (for keeping in touch with friends and family over the net and homework preparation), gymnasium and fitness room (for keeping healthy), cafeteria and food services (for your meals, professionally catered in an all-you-can-eat format), library (for your studying, a quiet environment equipped with all sorts of reference materials), piano studios (for those who are musically inclined), lounges (for your relaxation, in front of a fireplace or visiting with some friends), a bookstore (for your last minute needs), and residences (for your accommodation requirements).
QCC professional staff is available to aid students in planning for a career or for post-secondary studies. Class selection is tailored to the interests and needs of each student as an individualized timetable is provided. Guidance counsellors are available to advise students on academic, career, and personal issues.
The needs and interests of the students help determine the sporting activities. Our well-equipped gymnasium can house a variety of activities.
You could find yourself at the IMAX Theatre, Science Centre, Legislative Building, University of Regina, RCMP Training Academy, Sportsplex, MacKenzie Art Gallery, Wascana Lake, and much more!
Our clubs are student-driven; that is, the Student Representative Council plays an active role in determining the clubs and activities that are planned. We have had a Math Club, a Badminton Club, a Chess Club, and more. Getting involved is the key to a good time at QCC!
We have an advanced computer lab with Internet and e-mail access. At our residence, we also have a second computer lab with Internet and e-mail access available until 12:00 p.m. daily. A total of 30 computers are on campus and available for QCC students.
A library is available on campus to meet the academic needs of our student body. The QCC singers meet frequently, and we often have debates and discussions to enhance the enlightenment and refinement of our students.
QCC is housed in an educational community along with the Canadian Bible College and the Canadian Theological Seminary.
