Briercrest Bible College operates a number of different residences for single students, married students, and students with families. In our dormitories, each room has space for two students and is equipped with twin beds, desks, chairs, and closets for each. Most residences (unless stated differently) have a common lounge, kitchenette, and laundry room. All residences are conveniently located within a five-minute walk of the Administration Building, Hildebrand Chapel, classrooms, and other services right on campus. Flexible meal plans are available to suit student lifestyles and preferences. Contact enrolment services for more information.

Off Campus Housing

The residence life dynamic is an integral part of the mandate, distinctive philosophy, and experience of Briercrest. As a result, only senior upperclassmen in good standing or students with special circumstances may be given the option of living in alternate housing. Students choosing to commute may either stay in a student residence or take advantage of special seminary student pricing at Caronport’s Pilgrim Inn.

Incoming Students

Incoming students are invited to visit us on campus for an Experience Briercrest event, where they will get the opportunity to experience life as a Briercrest student. All incoming Briercrest students live their first years at Briercrest in dorm, contributing to a close-knit community that emphasizes spiritual formation under the care of Residence Directors and dorm leadership teams. Incoming students are also set up with admissions advisers to aid with the transition into their programs.

Career Planning

Briercrest students can take advantage of the many ministry and marketplace connections that the Career Centre provides. The Career Centre operates a free listing service for employers and free resumé posting for students and alumni.

Intramural opportunities at Briercrest include hockey, basketball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and dodgeball. From sports games to musical performances, entertainment is available most weekends for those interested in cheering on their fellow students. Briercrest’s Christmas musical and the Student Government Christmas Banquet happen yearly, along with regular coffeehouses and an end-of-year concert given by favourite Briercrest bands.
