Pathways powered by Rocky Mountain College is a private, accredited, multi-denominational Christian college. Pathways offers certificates, diplomas, and bachelor degrees through a “distributed learning” model for the purpose of developing Christian leaders anywhere, and at anytime. We accomplish this by offering Biblically based education, discipleship and practical ministry experiences through an online and live offerings. Pathways exists to develop those who will be effective agents of spiritual, moral and social transformation everywhere for the glory of God.
At its core, Pathways believes that Christian leadership rides on Christian character and seeks to develop that inner core in all programs offered.
Pathways is for anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Rocky Mountain College focuses on discipleship and leadership.
At RMC our students take advantage of the housing options in the local community. Only a block from the Brentwood Transit Station our students find it convenient to take Calgary Transit or drive to the school. We have joined with Off Campus Housing 101, a service that works hard to ease the house hunting process.
At the beginning of each semester, orientation events assist students in entering Rocky Mountain College life.
The school's website contains career planning resources available to RMC students.
Students at Rocky Mountain College may purchase campus recreation passes for the University of Calgary facilities which are only one train stop or about a 20 minute walk from the campus. This pass provides students with access to the world class fitness and athletic facilities located at the University of Calgary. These facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasiums, running tracks, racquet courts, weights and fitness centre, as well as the Olympic oval skating facilities.
The school offers opportunities to participate in the chapel worship team, community events, and health and wellness opportunities.
Each student is provided with a personal e-mail account, which may be accessed on-campus from the school's computer labs in the library or remotely through the Internet.
The school assists students who request counselling assistance through referrals to area agencies and professions. The Calgary urban context provides extensive resources for individual or group assistance. Faculty members provide pastoral care and encouragement, and the Student Services Department makes additional support resources available.
Campus tours can be arranged by calling 1-877-968-6762 (YOUnRMC), extension 222.
