St. Peter’s College has been affiliated with the University of Saskatchewan since 1926. We offer face-to-face classes in Arts & Science, Engineering, Business, Kinesiology, Business/Commerce, Agriculture, and Education, our student are also able to fulfill the entry requirements to colleges such as Medicine, Law, Nutrition, and Pharmacy. In addition to the Edwards School of Business (ESB) Bachelor of Commerce Program, St. Peter’s College also offers the ESB Business Administration Certificate and the ESB Business Administration Certificate for International Students. We also offer the widely recognized St. Peter's College Writing Diploma.
Students attending St. Peter's College are able to live at on campus. Severin Hall is situated in the heart of the campus, just steps away from the main College building. You will have the luxury of walking to classes quickly and easily and the added bonus of the excitement of on campus life. Severin Hall is a co-ed residence; however, double rooms are shared with members of the same sex. If you wish to live off-campus, the Village of Muenster and the City of Humboldt, 11 kms away from the campus, have a variety of apartments, houses and suites available for rent. There are also accommodations available in some of the smaller communities in the surrounding area. Students who are from the area may choose to live at home and drive in for classes. As a student at St. Peter's College, you have many opportunities for an exciting and active college life. Filling your social calendar is easy. There are dances, sporting events, movie nights, literary readings and lectures. You can choose from the variety of clubs available on campus such as the drama or movie club or the many intramural or competitive sports offered such as Soccer, Basketball or Volleyball. You also have access to the various facilities that are available, such as a brand new fitness facility, the newly renovated gymnasium, the natural ice indoor hockey arena, student lounge or multimedia room. If you need a place for studying or relaxing, there are many spaces for quiet time, such as the library, the beautiful grounds and trails, or the chapel.
There are many recreational sports available to students at the College and within the surrounding area. The College offers volleyball, badminton, racquetball, basketball, floor hockey, and indoor and outdoor soccer. Teams are organized depending on student interest. Students are welcome to participate in the many organized teams in the area including baseball, hockey, curling, and bowling. St. Peter's College students have access to a brand new fitness centre located inside the Sports Complex. The fitness centre has the latest professional quality fitness equipment and a dual purpose racquetball/squash court.
If you are interested in social justice, community volunteering or spiritual development, there are plenty of opportunities to participate in campus ministry. Your involvement does not need to stop at the College. A wide range of opportunities are also available in the nearby communities of Muenster and Humboldt.
St. Peter's College is proud to offer students high speed Internet along with a state of the art computer lab for student use. All lecture halls are multimedia hard-wired. Wireless Internet is available in some sections of campus. Residence is also wired for high speed Internet.
The Father James Grey Academic Centre for Excellence offers training in critical thinking, reading, writing, research, time management, and exam writing.
St. Peter's College is affiliated with the University of Saskatchewan. All St. Peter's College classes are University of Saskatchewan classes and marks appear on a University of Saskatchewan transcript. Courses can be transferred to a number of post-secondary institutions.
