When applying you can state whether or not you wish to be in an all female/all male flat. The standard is co-ed. You will receive your own bedroom and would have shared facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Some rooms are en-suite so you would not need to share a bathroom. While staying with us students get full access to our sports centre.

Full-time registered Undergraduate and Postgraduate students are guaranteed University accommodation throughout the duration of their taught courses provided an application is made in each year of residence.
All students wishing to remain in Residence during the summer vacation will be required to relocate to the Summer Residence.

All of our sports are offered through our Students Union. They compete against other schools and against our biggest rival, Bangor! Students are also able to create new sports societies through the Students Union.
All of our clubs and societies are run through our Students Union. We have over 100+ societies for students to choose from ranging from beekeeping, degree-related clubs, medieval re-enactment, and so much more!
Information technology is a vital resource to students. With over 100+ computers on campus for students to access, there are plenty of study spaces. Wi-Fi can also be found throughout campus and in all accommodation. Students will have full access to the campus network and be able to access their student record and email.
We have various culture-related societies for students to engage with other students from similar backgrounds. These societies can be found on our Students Union page.
