So to help you go further, employability skills and practical work experience are built into most of the course we teach. Plus, we provide tailored careers support and resources to help you shape your future. Our employability centre services include:
- MDXworks: an employment hub providing tailored career support, from interview advice and networking opportunities to help finding placements and graduate jobs.
- Employability advisors: with sector specific knowledge and experience they can give you one-to-one guidance from CV review and interview advice, to assessment centre training.
- Unitemps: our students have worked over 55,000 hours on campus, getting outstanding work experience and communication skills. As you'd expect, we subscribe to the London Living wage.
- International Students Orientation week: The International Student Orientation programme will take place a week before the teaching term starts. During this time you will learn crucial information on being an international student in London including opening a bank account, registering with a doctor, staying safe and living independently.

Getting fit is easy with our on-site gym (the Fitness Pod), floodlit multi-activity course, 3G AstroTurf pitches and Real Tennis course. Our popular 'Give it a Go' sessions offer the chance to try something new, like table tennis or fencing. If it's team sport you're after, we offering everything from rugby and cricket to cheerleading and badminton, with many of our teams competing in regional and international championships.

Our main campus in Hendon is leafy, sustainable and safe, and definitely has the buzz of London too. We've recently spent over £200m on world-class facilities, including our brand new £23m Health, Sport and Science Facility in partnership with Saracens Rugby Club.
