This 2-year program combines classroom theory with hands-on experience and covers a wide range of study to best reflect the scope of human resources, including recruitment, governance, labour relations, employee retention and employee engagement.
All Business Administration students take a common first year that provides a foundation in basic business skills and then choose their stream within their diploma program.
