As part of the School of MEM, the Organizational and Human Resources stream of King’s BMOS degree focuses on maximizing organizational performance through effective employee selection and training, performance appraisals and rewards systems, as well as leadership development and diversity management. Three major factors determine the economic success of a firm: land, labour, and capital. Therefore, being able to manage human resources (labour) is at the core of any successful business. |
