Our Chef de Cuisine Diploma program is unique to Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence. It is an intensive 600-hour training program that combines the culinary skills and techniques from Cook Basic Level 1 and the advanced culinary techniques and business management skills from Cook Advanced Level 2. Our Chef de Cuisine Diploma focuses on giving its students the tools required to fast track their Culinary career. We do this by ensuring that students are receiving adequate hands-on experience – we are proud to say that 2/3, that’s 67%, of your training takes place in our commercial kitchen! |
