If you wish to be admitted into Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence in Ontario, our admissions process includes a few requirements for students. We will consider applicants who meet these requirements and potentially move them along to the next step. Students must have completed high school and provide proof of their diploma or transcript. Those who have not completed high school may still be accepted into our program by successfully taking and passing the CAST entrance exam. International students must provide us with proof of post-secondary education or high school completion from their country and successfully complete the IELTS test within the last two years with a 5.5 overall band score. Please note we may also ask international students to complete the CAST entrance exam successfully.

• Step 2: Ensure that you meet all the admissions requirements.
• Step 3: Review the selection process information to understand the process, expectations, and deadlines.
• Step 4: Apply to the program of interest by filling out the form on our website.
• Step 5: You will be contacted by the Director of Admissions to set up an information and interview session.
• Step 6: Attend the information and interview session. Acceptance into the program will be provided to you within 2 business days of the interview.
