Application Process Initial Visit: Parents and/or students are encouraged to schedule an initial visit with the Principal to see the school and to find out more information about Freemont's programs. This can be arranged at any mutually convenient time during school hours, in the evenings, or on weekends. At this time, we will be happy to answer any initial questions, show you the premises, and describe our programs in detail. We have some printed material available at the school; however, all relevant information is also provided on our site. Families who wish to proceed to the next step in the application process will be given an application form to complete and will be asked to schedule a second visit for an academic assessment. Academic Assessment: Students wishing to attend Freemont will return with a completed application form to write both an English and a mathematics assessment, which should take approximately one and a half to two hours in total. This academic assessment will be one way in which a student's suitability for Freemont will be evaluated. After writing the assessments, students will return for at least one follow up interview. Follow Up Interview: Students will meet with the Principal as the final requirement in the application process. At this time, the results of the assessment will be discussed, as will the student's commitment to attending Freemont. Students will be engaged in an open discussion of their expectations and what they are looking for in a school environment. The Principal will use information gained from this interview in conjunction with the information from the application and the results of the academic assessment to make an admission decision.
