Requirements for Canadian Students

Student selection is according to potential, not just previous academic attainment. Students wishing to attend St. John's International School must be at least 13 years of age, but no older than 19. They must have completed their seventh year of education in their home country. Students can enter the academic high school program in September or February. Academic preparation program (ESL) students may enrol in September, November, February, and April.

Procedure for Canadian Students

To apply, complete an application form and submit it along with two passport photos and transcripts (translated into English) for the most recent two years of schooling, including the current year. A letter of recommendation from the last school attended is also required. If the student is accepted, he/she is contacted and full tuition fees are requested. Once full tuition fees have been received, a student authorization letter is forwarded to the student to submit to the Canadian Embassy or High Commission to apply for a student visa.
