Though the cost of living in Atlantic Canada is more reasonable than in many other parts of North America, single students should allot a minimum of $20,000.00 for university costs and living expenses per year.
The University provides some financial assistance in the form of scholarships, fellowships, and bursaries, as well as limited employment opportunities for teaching/research assistants and graders. Qualified students demonstrating financial need may apply for government sponsored loans. Scholarship consideration is automatic for applications received by April 1.
