Human Resource Management requires leadership, teamwork, communication, and strategic planning. This program is designed to provide Aboriginal individuals with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to implement best-practice HRM professional standards in Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal organizations.
Provides students with the unique skills, knowledge, attitudes, and competencies necessary to be an effective Aboriginal Human Resource Professional. Contents are linked to HR-industry recognized standards and professional best practices. Includes exclusive HRM courses as well as a work practicum, which enables students to gain more specialized knowledge and experience in the field of Aboriginal HRM. Also underpins traditional elements of Aboriginal culture. |

- Grade12 English
- Grade12 Precalculus or Grade12 Applied Mathematics
a. High school diploma with b. English 40S, and c. Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S, Applied Mathematics 40S (preferred), or Essential Mathematics 40S; or equivalencies of above. |
